So the book started off well and I thought it was going to be a cute love story, but that didn't happen. So, Nova has a secret that she keeps from her girlfriend Scarlett, but poof in the middle of the book Scarlett finds out Nova is a what???? Who has a really bad case of the munchies. Nothing gets explained and than the story ends. It should have been a bit longer just to explain to the reader what exactly was going on after Nova's snack break.Product details

Curtin manages to find the perfect balance of romance, humor and surprises to make this a thoroughly enjoyable read. I genuinely liked the characters and felt drawn in by the story from start to finish.
No spoilers, but Nova's secret definitely took me by surprise, which made for a refreshing take on the genre. I've read Ms. Curtin's other books and feel this is a good addition to my collection.
